WordPress 3.0 (Thelonious) has constantly been a ‘Hot Topic’ for last so many days. The new version was planned to be released in May 2010, but the releasing date was delayed until last Thursday.
“WordPress 3.0, the thirteenth major release of WordPress and the culmination of half a year of work by 218 contributors, is now available for download (or upgrade within your dashboard).” Announced by WordPress Co-Founder, Matt on June 17, 2010.

Zen Cart Shopping Cart v1.39 Released

During the last months, the new versions of Zen Cart Shopping cart had been released which contain many changed core files as well as updates for security: Zen Cart 1.39a released on April 19th, Zen Cart 1.39b released on May 2nd, Zen Cart 1.39c released on May 18th, and the current release is 1.3.9d, which was released on June 3rd.
There are many improvements and bugfixes included in v1.3.9 since v1.3.8, however, if you are running your ecommerce business with Zen Cart version 1.38/1.38a, I suggest that you stay with it right now until the new version becomes more stable.

Godaddy Hosted Sites Hacked Recently Again

I just noticed that my websites hosted on Godaddy were hacked again. It is the forth time my websites got hacked by the same malware, although the inserted scripts are different.
The file manager shows that the PHP files were modified at around 3pm EST, and my hosting account was not the only one hacked. According to Sucuri Security, Malware pointing to cloudisthebestnow.com/kp.php was inserted on thousands of sites hosted by Godaddy.
